This service aims to help sell your property faster aswell as increasing the value of your home.

We visit the property, assess the presentation of its interior and exterior. Based on this, a detailed report is prepared outlining our recommendations.

The report gives an overview of our thoughts and the overall problem areas. we cover the exterior, and each room in turn with recommendations to improve its presentation and appeal.

In excess of £1 million      From £575 (+vat)

The report also includes an estimate of our consultancy fee, plus suppliers' cost should you use our services to undertake the recomended work.

Fees to dress the property

Perspective's consultancy rayes are £275 (+vat) per day to cover project management, sourcing and transporting furnishings and props, plus styling / dressing the property (any required materials are at extra cost).

Subject to the clients agreement, costs from our suppliers and contractors such as painters, etc. to be billed as additional Invoice items. This is an optional service with no obligation. The client can go on with our advice, to commission their own trades contractors to carry out the proposed works.
